Exchange & Returns

If you change your mind we will gladly offer an exchange or refund provided the items are returned within 7 days of you receiving your item/s, provided they have not been worn and the original tags still attached.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer exchange or refunds on earrings, please choose your items carefully when selecting.

Stating the following
– Your name and order number
– The item/s you wish to return
– Why you are returning this item/s.

We will issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) & instructions on how to return. Returns will not be processed without a RA.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality. Before packing & dispatching your items we carefully inspect & pack your item/s ensuring they are delivered to you in perfect condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
