HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Hermosa Accessories offers Australia Post Parcel Post for $10
Australia Post Express Post for $15.00 and
FREE Parcel Post on all domestic orders $50.00 and over.

Standard Post
- Receive your order between 2-7 business days depending on your location. This excludes weekends and public holidays

Express Post
- Receive your order in 2-4 business days depending on your location. This excludes weekends & public holidays.

Please note, during peak sale periods, delays in dispatch can occur.

Delivered with Safe Drop - Orders will be left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the delivery cannot be left in safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post location where you can collect your delivery.

You can request to change your delivery method for your parcel with Australia Post via their website, once tracking details for your order are available.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, (e.g. strikes, floods etc).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Yes, Hermosa Accessories ships internationally!!! 

International orders will take between 1-2 weeks.

All international orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $15.00
All international orders over $50 receive free postage! 

New Zealand Customers-
Orders shipped to NZ will take 5 – 7 business days.

Other customers-
All International orders are shipped Registered International Standard Air Mail. We use Australia Post to take care of all our International orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive (depending on Customs & Aviation Security checks).

All rates are shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Please note that you may be liable for import duties and/or customs excise on your order, and you are responsible for payment of these when the order enters your country.
